Hugh Hammer from Gadsden State Community College Aquatic Science
Department attended our meeting. He discussed the facilities at the Aquatic Science Department, which include a lighted pavilion,
meeting room, and a four and one half acre lake. This lake will be available for our club members to fish only the one night
per month that we have our club meeting. Also, our club will be able to schedule in advance an occasional cookout, or club
gathering to fish. The club will not be charged for the use of the Aquatic Science Facilities.
All fish caught will be catch and release, except for the catfish. We will fish
from the bank of the lake and there are no live minnows allowed to be used for fishing.
Thanks to all who made it possible for the club to move to the new facility.
We all looking forward to seeing new members at the next meeting.
We need all club members to go by Rainbow City Auction and drop off photos and information
that can be posted on the web site.
Thanks to all, you are doing a great job at promoting the club.
